| Start by applying a gradient to the background. |

| Ctrl+Click the layer thumbnail to get the selection. From select menu apply modify>>contract. Contract the selection by 2 pixels. Create a new layer and apply a black to white gradient in linear mode. Change the layer mode to screen. |

| Duplicate the hand layers. Flip horizontal and place for the other hand. |

| Create wing shape using pen tool. |

| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |

| Similarly create more wing shapes and place as shown. Apply same layer style. |

| Duplicate the wing layers. Flip horizontal and place for the other wing. |

| Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. Enable add to shape area form the top bar. Create more overlapping circles to create a cloud shape. |

| Similarly create more clouds. Move this layer below all the layers in layer order in layer palette. |

| Create a circular thin frame shape using custom shape tool. |
