Drawing an angry bear

Start by creating a circle using elliptical shape tool.
Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.
Enable add to shape area form the top bar.
Create two ellipses for the ears using elliptical shape tool.
Create two more ellipse for the chin using elliptical shape tool.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.

Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.
Create two small ellipses using elliptical shape tool. Apply stroke layer style. Place it for the eyes.

Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool. Move this layer below all the layers in layer order in layer palette.
Enable add to shape area form the top bar. Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.
Duplicate the path and place it for the other arm.
Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.
Similarly create a strip on the other side.

Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.
Enable subtract form shape area form the top bar.

Create another ellipse using elliptical shape tool.
Duplicate the layer and scale it up. Place as shown.
Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.
Create hand of the bear using pen tool.

 
Similarly create hand for the other side. Create a big ellipse using elliptical shape tool. Enable add to shape area form the top bar. Create two more ellipses for the legs using elliptical shape tool.
SImilarly create folds on the bottom of the trousers.
Create foot using pen tool. Duplicate layer and place it for the other side.
Create buckles right below the strips.
Create a new layer above all the layers. Select a 2 pixels solid brush with black color. Start adding details in the face and other parts.
