Creating celebrity wallpaper

Start by opening an image of your favorite celebrity.
Duplicate the layer and change the layer mode to overlay.

Duplicate the layer to create the effect stronger.
Insert another image.
Duplicate the layer. Press Ctrl+U to open hue/saturation window. Apply settings as shown.
Change the layer mode to screen.

Select and merge both layers. Press Ctrl+T. Rotate and scale down as shown in the image below.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.

 
Similarly add more photos. Rotate, scale and place randomly. Apply different settings of hue/saturation to create interesting effect.

 
Duplicate the background layer. Move the layer above all the layers in layer palette in layer order. Change the layer mode to hue.

Type name of the celebrity using a nice font. Play around with the layer mode of the text.
