Creating chocolate and caramel style left navigation panel |
| Start by creating a square frame using custom shape tool. |

| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown. |

| Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool. Apply same layer style. |

| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Change settings in "satin" as shown. |

| Duplicate layer and place below each other. |

| Select and merge all the layers. From filter menu select Liquify. Select forward warp tool and distort shape to create a molten chocolate effect. |

| Duplicate the layer. From filter menu select texture>>mosaic tiles. Apply settings as shown. |

| Change the layer mode to "Difference". Reduce the opacity. |

| Type navigation links over these buttons. |
