Creating Clipart Style Computer Logo

Start by creating a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool.

Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select perspective. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.
Duplicate layer. Scale up the rounded rectangle lower in layer order.

Using direct selection tool select the nodes of left hand side. Drag towards left to give it a monitor shape.
Create a rounded rectangle for the keyboard using rounded rectangle shape tool.
Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select distort. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.
Select both the monitor layers and rotate it. Also rotate keyboard layer as shown in the image.

Using pen tool in path mode create wire connecting keyboard and monitor.

Select brush tool and choose a 5 pixel solid brush settings. Create a new layer and in path window click stroke path with brush.
Select the screen layer. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.

 
Reduce the fill value to 0% from the layer palette. This will make it hollow keeping layer style intact.

Copy the layer style and apply to all the layers. Make sure the fill value of every layer is 0%.
Create some dots for the keyboard buttons using brush tool.
Apply the same layer style.
Type company name with a nice font.
Apply a suitable layer style and insert a punch line on top of the company name.
