Applying cosmetic changes on a face

In this tutorial we'll apply a different color makeup on a face. Lets start by opening a close up of a face.
We'll apply some rouge to her cheek. Create selection of her cheek area using lasso tool.
Press Shift+Ctrl+D to feather the selection. We e used 5 as feather radius.

Create a new layer and fill with red color.
Change layer mode to color. It will leave a very subtle effect of rouge applied to her cheek.
Select the face layer. Create selection of lips using pen tool in path mode. Press Ctrl+J to copy paste the selection in a new layer.
Press Ctrl+U to open hue/saturation window. Apply settings as shown.

Lets change the lens color of her eyes. Using elliptical marquee tool create selection of her eye ball.

Press Ctrl+J to copy paste the selection in a new layer. From image menu select adjustment>>selective color. Use neutrals from the color drop down and adjust rest of the settings as shown.
Similarly change lens color of the other eye.
Select face layer again. Create a selection of hair using lasso tool. Press Ctrl+J to copy paste the selection in a new layer.
Press Ctrl+U to open hue/saturation window. Apply settings as shown.

 
Lets match her dress with her makeup. Change her dress color using the same method we used to change her hair color.
Lets make her face a bit pink. For that we have to reduce paleness on her face. Create selection of her face. Press Ctrl+J to copy paste the selection in a new layer. From image menu select adjustment>>replace color. From replace color window pick the eye dropper to select the color rage. Click on her face to select the skin color. Change rest of the settings as shown.

Reduce opacity of this layer to 44%.
