Creating a document stamp effect

Start by opening an image on which you want to apply document stamp effect.

Using custom shape tool select shape.

Create circular shape in a new layer.

Duplicate the shape layer and press Ctrl+T to transform. Scale it down.

Select path layer and type text on the path.

Select the text path and press Ctrl+T to transform the text path.

Scale it up little bit.

Select line shape tool and increase the weight to 4 pixels.

Create line shape.

Duplicate the layer and place it down.

Type the text between both the lines.
