| Start by filling the background with a solid color. |

| Select brush tool. Press F5 to open brush settings. Select "Dune Grass" brush from preset brushes. Apply settings as shown. |

| Create a new layer and apply this brush covering whole area of the document. |

| Switch to a different foreground color and apply the brush as shown below. |

| Duplicate the layer and change the layer mode to linear burn. |

| Select and merge both layers. From filter menu select brush strokes>>sprayed strokes. Apply settings as shown. |

| Duplicate the layer. From filter menu select blur>>gaussian blur. Apply settings as shown. |

| Press Ctrl+T, right click and select rotate 180°. Change the layer mode to "Lighten". |

| Type friends using an elegant font. Apply some outer glow layer style. |

| Type rest of the message using a nice font. |
