Creating logo with futuristic background fx

Start by opening an image of your choice.

From filter menu select blur>>radial blur.
Change the blur method to zoom and apply settings as shown.

Press Ctrl+F to apply the effect again.
To make the effect stronger duplictae the image layer and change the color mode to overlay.

Create a new layer and type "Motion Element".

 
Right click the text layer and select convert to shape. This will create shape of the text layer.

Select custom shape tool and select "arrow2"

 
 Enable extrude overlapping shape areas.
Draw a big arrow covering all the height of motion element.
From custom shape tool select an arrow shape and create a couple of arrows on top right.
Double click the "motion element" layer to open layer style window and apply bevel & emboss. Apply settings as shown.
Right click the motion element layer and select copy layer style.
Right click the shape layer and select paste layer style.
Create a ring shape using custom shape tool and draw a ring below the "motion element" layer.
From layer pallete change the color mode to overlay and reduce the opacity to 50%.
Make copies of the ring layer and transforn to scale up sequencially.
