Creating an animated banner for a gift site |
| Start by creating new file of a banner size. Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool. |

| Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. Place it towards right so that only a part is visible. |

| Duplicate the layer and scale down. Fill with a lighter shade of blue. |

| Type details over the rounded rectangle. |
 |
| Insert company logo and place over the circle. |
|
| Create three tiny circles and place after "free". |
|
| Hide the details layer. Insert an image of a gift item. |
 |
| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |

| Insert more images of gift packs and apply same layer style. |

| Using custom shape tool create a pointer shape. |
 |
| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |

| Open animation window. For the first frame unhide and move the text details towards the left. Hide all gift layers. |
 |
| Duplicate frame. Start moving text details to the right. Keep doing so till the details appear at the center of the banner. |

| For the 6th frame unhide the first dot layer. |
 |
| Duplicate frame. For the 7th frame unhide the second dot layer. Similarly for the third one. |

| Duplicate frames. Start hiding the dot layers one by one. |

| For the 12th frame unhide the gift layers. hide the effect of these layers in layer palette. |
 |
| Duplicate frame. Unhide the effect of first gift item. Keep the pointer right above gift item. |
 |
| Duplicate frame. Hide the effect of first item and unhide the effect of second gift item. Move the pointer right above second gift item. |
 |
| Similarly for the third one. |
 |
| Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S to save an optimized animated GIF. |
