Creating conceptual graphic for "Global Warming"

Start by opening a globe image.
Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Create another ellipse for the eyeball using elliptical shape tool.
Duplicate the eye layers and place for the other eye.
Create a triangular shape using polygon shape tool.
Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp. Adjust the nodes to create a shape as shown.

Apply stroke to this layer.

Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.
Enable "subtract from shape area" at the top bar. Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.
Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp. Adjust the nodes to create a sad expression on the lips.
Apply stroke to this layer.
Using pen tool create arms and legs. Apply stroke to these layers as before.

 
Create an ellipse for the umbrella using elliptical shape tool.

Enable "subtract from shape area" at the top bar. Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.
With "subtract from shape area" still enabled at the top bar create some circular shapes as shown.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
Create a triangular shape using polygon shape tool. Apply stroke.
Using line tool create some vertical lines. Warp these lines to create curved lines and place over umbrella.
Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. Rotate to create umbrella stick.
Create a circle using elliptical shape tool.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
Using brush tool create some sun streaks using orange as foreground color.
Create a drop shape using custom shape tool.
Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp. Adjust the nodes as shown.
Apply same layer style we used for umbrella. Remove stroke layer style. Rotate and place as shown.
Duplicate several times and place to create sweating drops.
Except sun layers select & merge all layers. Duplicate layer. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select distort. Fill it with black color. Reduce opacity. Adjust nodes to create a perspective shadow.
Type "Global Warming" using a nice font and apply stroke.
