| Start by creating a new layer and fill with a dark color. |

| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |

| Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. |

| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |

| Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool and place over the previous rectangle. Apply a thin stroke. |

| Duplicate the layers and place as shown in the image below. |

| Insert an image you want to place on the main page. |

| In layer window, move the image layer just above the right most rectangle layer. Press Ctrl+Alt+G to make a clipping mask. |

| Similarly insert another image for the lower half and create a clipping mask. |

| Click the add vector mask button. Drag a black to white linear gradient to mask the upper area. |

| Insert cutouts of dishes to decorate the menu. Add main categories like lunch and dinner on top of the menu. |

| Type food items along with their price using a nice font and a suitable color. |

| Type the restaurant name over the image on right hand side. |
