| Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool. |

| Enable add to shape area from the top bar. Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. Using direct selection tool select and adjust the both bottom nodes of the rectangle as shown. |

| With add to shape is still enabled at top bar create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool. |

| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown. |

| Create a vertical rectangular slit using rounded rectangle shape tool. Apply same layer style. |

| Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. Move this layer below all the layers in layer order in layer palette. |

| Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp. Adjust the nodes to get the shape as shown. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply a gray to white gradient in linear mode in gradient overlay settings. |

| Leave aside the plastic handle, select and merge other layers. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown. |

| Ctrl+Click to get the selection. Contract the selection by 2 pixels. Create a new layer. Apply Black to white gradient. |

| Change the layer mode to linear burn. Reduce the opacity to 50%. |
