Creating a silver spray polish effect on an image

Start by opening an image of your choice.
Duplicate the layer. Press Ctrl+L to open level settings. Apply settings as shown.
Change the layer mode to "Multiply".

Select and merge both the layers. Duplicate the layer again. From "Filter" menu select Blur>>Gaussian Blur. Apply settings as shown.
Change the layer mode to "Linear Dodge".
Select and merge both the layers. Press Ctrl+L to open level settings. Apply settings as shown.
Press Ctrl+U to open hue/saturation window. Apply settings as shown.
