Select custom shape tool(U). From the preset shape at the top bar select Sun 1 shape.
Drag the shape shape as shown below.
Press Ctrl+J to duplicate the layer.
Select custom shape tool(U). From the preset shape at the top bar select Snowflake 3 shape.
