Wildbytes - Creating a header for a website |
In this tutorial we'll create a header graphic for an imaginary wildlife photography website. In a new file fill the background layer with a green to dark grey gradient. |

| Duplicate the layer and change layer mode to overlay. |

| Create a new layer. From filter menu select Alien skin eye candy 5: textures>>animal fur. Click here to download the plugin. |

| Apply settings as shown. |

| Change the layer mode to overlay and reduce the opacity. |

| Take cutout of a tiger image and place above all other layer. |

Change layer mode to overlay. |
 |
In a new layer type "Wildbytes". |

| Double click to open layer style window and apply outer glow, bevel & emboss, and stroke. Use settings as shown. |

| Change blending mode to overlay in layer style window itself. |

| You'll get this fine text fx after applying these settings. |

| Type rest of the information you would like to add on your header. |

| An attractive header is ready to place on top of your web page. |
